Shipping Policy

At Naughty Season, most items are made to order. This means your item is created after your order is placed, then shipped directly to you.

Processing Time

Please allow 2–7 business days for order processing and production before your item ships. Processing times may vary slightly depending on the product, supplier, order volume, or seasonal demand.

Shipping Time

After production, estimated shipping times are typically:

United States: 3–8 business days
International: 7–21 business days, when available

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, holidays, weather, customs, or other events outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order, shipping destination, and available shipping options.

Some products may ship separately if they are made by different production partners. If your order includes multiple items, you may receive more than one package and tracking number.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Naughty Season is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

We will do our best to update the order before it goes into production or ships, but changes are not guaranteed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. Naughty Season is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after shipment.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with household members, neighbors, your building office, or the shipping carrier first.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Made-to-Order Note

Because many of our items are made to order, production begins shortly after purchase. Please review your order carefully before checking out.
