Return & Refund Policy

At Naughty Season, many of our products are made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, color preference, or change of mind.

Please review product descriptions, size charts, and order details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the packaging, if damaged

Once we review your request, we will let you know if a replacement or refund is approved.

Returns

Because our items are made to order, we only accept returns when an item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect due to a production or fulfillment error.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in the condition received. We may require the item to be returned before issuing a refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect:

  • Made-to-order items
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Worn, washed, used, or altered items
  • Items damaged due to customer use or care

Sizing Issues

Please check the size chart before ordering. Since many items are made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for ordering the wrong size.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may go into production shortly after purchase. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at:

We will do our best to help, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once production has started.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by a production or fulfillment error.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Naughty Season is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors, household members, your building office, or the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Naughty Season is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
